565 Cicada
Creamy white and yellowish, opaque stone with a glossy polish that is partly obliterated by weathering. Biconvex shape. The eyes are made to stand out by means of the notches cut in front and behind them. The head, body, and wings are delineated by simple grooves on both sides. Eastern Han, about the first century A.D.
