Catalogue entry no. 597 by Max Loehr:

597 Slender Ornate Handle
This unusual object, fashioned of light brown jade of an even tone, appears to have been worked as a pendant rather than a handle. The tectiform bar above the concave part with double ridges is surmounted by a perforated ringlet on top of a crescent. The main body is covered by vertical rows of small scales, not symmetrically aligned, which suggests the body of a fish; the lower end, which is perforated by a tiny biconical drill-hole, is shaped like tail fins. Date open.
