486 Huang, Segment with Plastic Curls and Widening Ends
Translucent bluish green jade with brown markings. Save for the plain margins, the surfaces are decorated with rather large, unevenly carved, raised spirals in a grid pattern. the furrows producing the grid have not been completely ground smooth; they remain visible also on the margins. The edges are crenelated in a manner similar to those of No. 485. Late Eastern Chou.
