Catalogue entry no. 385 by Max Loehr:

385 Small Disk with Pattern of Plastic Curls
Greenish gray translucent jade with brown and dark brown markings. The disk is unevenly thick, and its outer edge only approximates a circular shape. Its surfaces are decorated with plastic curls arranged in chordal rows; the interstitial areas are ground smooth and even. Obviously the technique of carving out the relief curls differs from that seen in Nos. 352, 353, 354, 355, 356, which appear to be earlier than the present example. Glossy polish. Late Eastern Chou.
