571 Scabbard Buckle
Small buckle of light green and whitish jade, attached to the fragment of a wooden scabbard mineralized with iron compounds from the iron sword sheathed in it. The buckle is decorated with a simple pattern of plastic dots, which are interlocked by engraved lines moving at right angles like steps. The top of the buckle does not curve down. Western Han.
