Brown-toned hanging scroll with painting of mountains and water

This tall, narrow hanging scroll is painted with a mountainous landscape. In the foreground are two low, wide buildings attached by a covered walkway. The land they stand on is bordered on the right by a large body of water that extends into the background. Figures walk around the buildings. To the left of the shore and in the background are tall, snow-covered mountains. Another patch of land with trees and buildings can be seen at the base of the mountains in the background.
