A painted image of an old man and a boy in a boat floating on grey water. There are black leaves and a landmass to the left. There is Chinese writing to the right.

The painted image shows a low, brown boat at the bottom-center of the image floating on grey-blue water. There is a small boy on the right side of the boat looking down at a basket. The boy is wearing a blue sleeveless shirt and his black hair is cut short. An old man stands upright on the left side of the boat, facing the boy. He is wearing a white and grey robe and a wide-brimmed hat. The man has a short, white mustache and goatee and is holding a thin, brown object in his right hand and a string in his left hand. In front of the man to the bottom-left is a bunch of black leaves and behind him is a large, light green form along the left side. There are five vertical rows of Chinese writing in black ink to the right of the image with a small red symbol to the left of them.
