Obv.: In a border of dots, the Deisis, in center the Virgin, orans, standing facing, the medallion of Christ Child on her breast, to left an unidentified saint, to right Saint Nicholas, both standing, their hands raised in supplication towards the Virgin.
Greek inscription (Mother of God); vertical, on either side of figure at right, (Saint Nicholas)
Rev.: Greek metrical inscription in eight lines, (I, the first proedros of judres, place you [Virgin, saints depicted] as guards of all that has been written [court documents sealed with this])
