On the side of the coin on the left is the head of a man facing left, bearded, with long curly tendrils of hair held in place with a wreath made from ivy. The other side of the coin depicts a man kneeling on one knee facing right, arms outstretched holding a bow ready to fire, next to his left knee, a drinking vessel, behind the man, Greek characters.
