Both sides of an irregularly shaped silver-gray coin with relief decoration on each side.　

On the side of the coin on the left is a man's head facing left, bearded, long curl tendrils of hair held in place with a laurel crown. The other side of the coin depicts a nude man seated on a rock covered by his cape facing left, head turned slightly right, holding a stick in his right hand, left hand resting on rock. Below, a flute made from reeds. To the right, the Greek characters: Ο Λ Υ Μ. Along the left border, the Greek characters: A P K.

Reverse: Pan, nude, seated to l. on rock covered with mantle and holding lagobolon in r. hand and resting l. on rock. Syrinx resting against rock and inscription on rock. To l., AΡΚ monogram.
