Both sides of an irregularly shaped silver-gray coin with relief decoration on each side.

On the side of the coin on the left is a woman's head facing right, wearing a crested helmet, ornately decorated with a creature consisting of the head and torso of a woman with a serpents body, arms outstretched throwing a rock. Along the right border, the Greek characters: D K F. The other side of the coin depicts a naked man standing turned three quarters to the right wrestling a lion, his head lowered, arms interlocked with the lion. Between his legs, an owl. To the left, a club. Along the top, the Greek characters: H R A K L H I W N / K A L. .
