- Adhesive-bound sketchpad; adhesive has dried and all pages are loose. White paper front cover with printed image: head of Michelangelo's David. Brown cardboard back cover. Twenty sheets of thin off-white wove paper. First page is blank and unnumbered. Artist has numbered pages at upper left of each verso.
