Descriptions

Description
Orbicular stamp with Latin text: DVOR [LE]SAGOR ("brick of the two Lesagori"). Surface damage obscures some parts of the inscription, but traces of the LE remain and examples of this stamp known from elsewhere confirm the identification. The "two Lesagori" were probably brothers. The name of one of them, Lucius Lesagius Tritogenes, is known from another stamp.
