Housing, Conditions: United States. Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Survey: Homestead Has no Ordinance against Overcrowding. In 21 Courts the Pittsburgh Survey found 1308 Persons living in 505 Rooms. Out of 239 families 51 lived in one room tenements. 157 lived in tenements with an average of three or more persons to a room.
