These young people throng the streets at all hours, primarily because their tenement houses are structurally unbearable -- gloomy and depressing. Even though the Company's apartments are large and cheerful, many of the children remain on the street because they have not been broken of the habit. Someone is wanted who will arranged competitions for the boys and girls to be worked out at home, with the playroom as a general meeting place.
