Colored Industrial School: Colored Industrial School, Charleston, SC: This picture is a good representation of labor conditions which this building is designed to meet. 35[?] workmen are in view. The plumbing, gas fitting, electric wiring and roofing were done by white-workmen. The rest has been the work of colored artisans.
