Descriptions Description Small globular jar with flared mouth, long neck, wide body, lower portion tapering inward to a small, flat base, and with two strap handles attached from rim to shoulders; buff earthenware with geometric decoration painted in black slip on the rim, neck, body, and handles; small fragments of turquoise inlaid into dots of black adhesive around the neck and at the ends of the handles. Siba culture. From the upper Yellow River valley region, probably Gansu province.
