Descriptions Description Obverse: Relief profile portrait bust of balding man facing right; above, "IN HON RIC GUL JELF S.T.R.", below, "AMICI COLLEGAE DISCIPULI" Reverse: Armorial shield of the royal arms, (as used from 1816-1837), within a border incscibed with the motto of the Order of the Garter; above the shield the royal crest rests upon a book in turn resting on a cushion; the supporters are to l. a draped female holding a staff with a cross, to r. a robed male holding a book; they stand upon a decorative brakcet with at bottom a ribbon inscr.
