With living-room, alcove pantry-kitchen, basement room, bathroom, verandah and two-bedrooms, it provides self-contained accommodation for a small family wishing domestic privacy. The rent is $16.00, $16.50, $17.00 or $18.00 a month according to location. See diagram mounted on accompanying card: Nos. 12, 14, 16, 24, 26 and 28 (three courts) are $16.00 per month.
