- Description
- Blue band with red border terminates in pendant containing a red flower. Blue band decorated with flowers in medallions separated by additional plant motifs. Red square contains four gold squares marked by green rectangles.
- Commentary
- The four gold squares may represent an abstracted jeweled cross.
