On the side of the coin on the left is the bust of a man facing right, clean shaven with curly tendrils of short hair held in place with a wreath made of oak leaves; surrounding the decorative border, the Greek characters: Κ Α Ι Σ Α Ρ Ο Σ / Σ Ε Β Α Σ Τ Ο Σ. The other side of the coin depicts a woman seated on a rock facing right, draped in loose clothing and wearing a turreted crown, right arm outstretched holding a palm branch, right leg raised with foot resting on the shoulder of a man submerged in water; surrounding the border, small dots and the Greek characters: Ε Τ Ο Υ Σ / 6 / Κ / Ν Ι Κ Η Σ, Υ Π Α, A N T.

Rev.: Tyche of Antioch seated r. on a rock, holding palm, her legs crossed, wearing a chiton and a turreted crown; at her feet personification of the Orontes River swimming.
