Two women dressed in yellow and green fight over a piece of printed paper in front of a stream.

Two women reach upwards from kneeling positions. They are seated on a low bamboo platform and wear green, yellow, and black clothing which tangle together as they fight. The woman closer to the viewer sits upright and holds a paper out of the reach of the other woman, who is more horizontal. There is a winding stream and some banks of rocks and grasses behind them, depicted loosely in the same green, yellow, and black. Above them there is loose Japanese text floating in the sky.
