2003.83: Scholar's Rock
PaintingsA horizontal painted depiction of an irregularly-shaped form on an off-white rectangular scroll in black and white gradation. The form has two dense forms on each end that are attached to a thinner formin the center. The two forms reach towards each other above the connecting point as well. The form has many detailed lines with varying density to show texture and detail.
