Three Japanese women dressed in pretty kimonos stand at an entrance of a temple, Mt. Fuji in the distance.

The first woman on the left glances back to the two other women behind her as she delicately points left with both hands. The tallest woman in the middle holds a white fan of no decoration and touches her collar with the other hand. The woman on the right holds a closed umbrella. All three have similar hair styles with their hair up and fixed with decorative combs and sticks, their faces are fair and without make-up. Half of Mt. Fuji is visible behind a pillar, depicted without color. Japanese writing at top of the pillar and on left.
